Cycle of Life

Dear Friends:

On October 7- 9, I will be joining more than 100 fellow riders from across North America as we gather in Sarasota, Florida for one of the most important fundraising and physical challenges of my life. As some of you know, I took on this challenge last year as well. The purpose of the ride is to raise awareness and support The Team Tony Foundation's Cycle of Life. It is so impressive to see a large group of cyclist, in our bright jerseys riding in formation through various small towns and cities across the state. Our ride will start in Daytona Beach and will end on Main Street in Lakewood Ranch.

The Team Tony Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing 1-on-1 support and resources to those diagnosed with cancer. The Cycle of Life is their biggest fundraiser and provides the organization with the resources they need to provide assistance to those touched by cancer. I'm participating in the two day, 200 mile ride to raise awareness and money for Team Tony. I accepted the challenge to ride because I believe in their important mission and as most of you know I am very passionate about cycling and physical fitness in general. Companionship and introducing cancer patient to various sports, like cycling is one of the ways these cancer patients are assisted. It has been proven that the cancer patients benefit hugely when put on a fitness program. I need your help. By making a donation on my behalf, you're helping Team Tony provide the 1-on-1 support to those fighting the cancer battle.

My goal is to exceed the requested fundraising pledge of $500. Please help me reach my goal by supporting me in this year's Cycle of Life. Your donation is 100% tax-deductible. Implant Patient - Before/After Photos & Treatment Description

69 year old male IMPLANT Patient

Chief Complaint: Patient could see that his teeth were getting longer from gum disease. His objective was to replace missing teeth and his upper right fixed bridge which was failing due to decay, and to avoid removable partial dentures.

Treatment Plan: Removal of his severe periodontally involved back teeth; placement of bone grafting material; placement of 6 upper implant supported crowns, 1 implant supported crown on the lower right and one on the lower left side. We also performed bleaching, two veneers to close the existing space between his two lower front teeth, and a single crown on the upper right canine.

Chief Complaint: Unhappy with smile, missing teeth and spaces, crowding, and multiple cavities.

Treatment Plan: Remove decayed wisdom teeth, reverse cavities with composite resin filings and realign teeth with conventional braces. Replace missing teeth with implants and implant crowns. Stay tuned for progress photos.

Chief Complaint: 18 year old male whose chief concern was to get rid of spaces between teeth and make two front teeth the same length with overall whiter, brighter smile.

Treatment Plan: Treatment rendered: Invisalign to idealize alignment and to correct gum height discrepancies in preparation for restorations to close residual spaces. Bleaching was done with home whitening process post-alignment; 4 porcelain veneers replaced.
